OMG! Reading your reviews I know you're not full of it. The number one response an owner will give a bad review is "who are you?" they play the victim, here is a perfect example of that.
I am a single mother with a terminal illness these guys have tried to rip off!
I told them I required a bonnet for my taxi, they confirmed they had it and I paid for it to be freighted, was told it would be here Friday. Friday comes, I am told it was out for delivery on Tuesday, Tueday passes. I ring and was told there never was a bonnet in my colour and I could wait for one or get a refund. I needed some small plastic pieces for my Nissan XTrail. Despite using UV protectants, after a few years of harsh sunshine the plastic pieces disintegrated when I washed my car. Adam provided the parts promptly, fitted them in 2 mins, and now car damage free and perfect again. Great job, would recommend. Don't believe all the negative reviews online. These guys were great!

I purchased $900 worth of panels from these guys ,was told they were off 550 Nissan Pathfinder ti r51 I had given all details only to find out were not from m111 so all internal parts needed to be exchanged so I rang to find out if they will change from damage door to the panels I got that was all I wanted to know , Adam who I spoke to was the most rudest arrogant person with no customer service ,no pr, I will never get another item from this company and if as he informed me he is the manager then heaven help this company ,when I was first looking for parts he spoke like butter would not melt in his mouth, buyer beware I would hate to try and do a return .

He can't do good service, very rude and has ego. He just want your money, but items are not in good condition. He act dumb looking at item like he can't see issue. Yes it is a wreckers, but same thing as ebay but ebay have much better parts. Better to spend little more and easy delivery, ebay protect you. This owner make excuse and can't handle customer feedback. Funny he cannot make good reviews, many bad ones say same thing.

Well - I read the comments with disgust [ is Bull ............ allowed ] as I have dealt with Niss 4x4 Auto spares for over 10 years. They helped keep my ageing 90's TI Patrol Patrol up to scratch. They searched for 3 years to get the wood grained finish dash [that Came with the vehicle originally secondhand]. So I got the only one in Australia in captivity.

We got a part that would not fit / they changed it over. No fine no foul.

They just got me a sunroof Assembly inc. Rails again the only one in Australia. They Guarintee all parts to be in working order or swap or money back.

I am wrapped that they exist / their yard Team is like a clock working all the time and accurate to the minute. Keep up the good work. Very Satisfied Customer: Jaic
