We enlisted No Cracks Plumbing for a job that involved some basic plumbing, but more so paperwork for council approval for previous plumbing. A verbal agreement was struck to do what was necessary, however when we requested the paper work to be finalized, the business owner refused after several phone calls without any reasonable explanation.
