Total discrace. Unprofessional business who advertises products on their online page, keeps your money and you never receive the goods. I paid for an online order 2 months ago via Paypal, have never received the items, or any response from my emails, phone or Paypal messages.
Have also lodged a complait with Paypal, and will also lodge a complaing with NSW Fair Trading.
I wish I'd thought to check reviews about Northmead Beauty before I'd placed an order nearly a month ago but I'd ordered from them in the past and didn't have any problems.
Like the previous reviews, I purchased some items and after my credit card was charged through PayPal, the order status never changed from 'Processing'. I've emailed and left a couple phone messages but have decided to report that my purchase wasn't received to PayPal. I am hoping that I may receive a refund.
I won't be using Northmead Beauty again, and I hope that other potential buyers read these reviews before making any purchases through Northmead Beauty.
I wish I could give Northmead Beauty NO STARS! Worst online service I have ever received. I ordered two products a month ago and have still not received anything in the mail despite stating in their shipping and returns policy that "all products will be dispatched within 2-3 business days". I have sent 5 emails and called atleast 10 times and received no response. I have made a claim through paypal to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM NORTHMEAD BEAUTY - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED
we have made an order and experienced the same as both below. The order has still not arrived and it was made over two weeks ago. No one answers the phone numbers or email. Have even face booked them and still nothing! we will be doing a charge back and never ordering from here ever again. TERRIBLE service. Orders have been made previously without any issues so something or someone is obviously dropping the ball!!!
I placed an order with Northmead Beauty for Dermologica because they promised fast delivery and good prices. The offer also stated there would be free samples with every product ordered. I spent over $200 and got little of what was promised. They processed my money immediately and when after a week had passed I still had received no product I sent an email and was told it would be sent immediately but another week went by before I received my order. There were no sorries, no samples and my emails went unanswered. Very poor service would not shop with these people again.
