I recently had my vehicle repaired at Parramatta Smash Repair (PSR). if I can, I would score PSR a 10 out 5 [stars]. It is with no doubt that expectations are high at such "certified" venues but, and this is a big BUT, Parramatta Smash Repair (PRS) delivers a UNIQUE service throughout the journey from the time you call them up the first time until you get your vehicle back. Credit to the management and employees alike who have sustained such operating culture. There is no organisation without challenges be it resources, technology processes or internal politics. However, organisations like PSR who deliver the highest quality with high levels of consistency must have the Customer in their sight at all times and, the Customer is the ONLY thing that matters. I just had my car repaired recently with them through an insurance claim. They handled the whole process efficiently and professionally. I was explained clearly about the process in the beginning. Sam greeted me warmly and also showed me curtiously my brand new look car a week later when I went back to pick it up. I was impressed with their service. Highly recommended.

Just had my Mazda 6 returned to me. It was in immaculate condition inside and out. The attention to detail was amazing.
