Couldn't fault them. An amazing smooth experience with everything going on schedule. Wish the parking lot was bigger but oh well. Great range of specialists to see within the hospital and outer buildings.
Will be using them for out next child's birth for sure. Great experience.
Would not go back, The service was below the high expectation of a private hospital and was not worth the money I spent. I was told my sons operation was at 12 but he was not seen until 3. Forcing a 1 year old to fast longer than needed. Each time I asked how long they would be they told me it would be either 10 minutes, or 30 minutes, this was said for about 3 hours. Although I appreciated the call the next day to see how my son was doing this was a stressful experience and in my opinion was not worth thousands of dollars for day surgery. Next time i'll just go public.
Whine, whine whine..... I've been to Northpark and couldn't praise it highly enough. It's hospital. They treat sick people. It's not restaurant where you can book your table for the time that suits you. I wish you luck in public. People dream about waiting only 3 hours in public...
Seriously? Are you complaining about 3 hours. I work in a public hospital and patients usually wait days to get their operation. Sometimes they are even sent home to come back the next day only to be sent home again.
You are right to expect better service at a private hospital. If there was an emergency situation, a staff member should have politely apologised and diffused your frustration. Otherwise that was unacceptable.
