Lived here for 3 years. Building has no pool and the other facilities are old and worn. The fixtures in the apartments are getting old and in need of repairs. We had a bathroom pipe completely burst, flooding the whole apartment, and the toilet break several times. The gym equipment is very average and the bathrooms are quite gross. Traffic noise from the street is disruptive and can be heard from the apartments. There’s also a loading zone outside of the Wyandra St side of the building where trucks idle for long periods of time. The noise and exhaust fumes often woke me up very early in the morning. You also get all sorts of people parking there and speaking loudly enough that you can clearly hear every word from the apartment. ...read more
