Steve and Anthea, the owners of this cute snack bar are highly recommended. You certainly get your money's worth and the staff are great! If you have any issues, speak to one of the employees, or management, and your problem will be rectified. A friendly, homey environment for sure!!!
In my experience The food was terrible. I bought a burger chips and a drink. First of all they gave me the chips which was a half filled cup, i then asked whether i could please get some more chips,said no half a cup is all thats included in the meal. Staff was highly rude with extremly poor customer service skills. The burger was cold and soggy the chips were just as bad. But worse still when I got back to work to eat my lunch I proceeded to find 3 hairs in the chips and 2 in the burger. All in all I couldn't recommend this shop less
I highly doubt your talking about NRSB! Firstly, they do not serve chips in a cup, and when you do order chips, you certainly get your moneys worth. I've been to a few snack bars around the area, and this one is the best one. The food is always fresh, and you don't have to worry about your toastys being rubbery, like one snack bar I know of in the area. And if anyone has any problems with the food they order, always take it up with the management. If your not happy, they will make sure to correct any mistake!
