I too have been there many times and find them unfriendly and even rude sometimes. They never speak to you except to bark orders like 'go here' 'do this' 'pick colour'. You do however here a lot of chatter to each other almost always in another language. Unfortunately they also lost my business many months ago.
Have had a few pedicures here over the last 6 months. Though I wouldn't rave over them them they have been ok. Was given a voucher from my kids for a xmas pressie, so I went along again. Have to say the worst pedicure I have ever had. I felt that they looked at the voucher thought "already paid for so why bother ... she wont complain" ... I sat in the chair after being told in the coldest manner ever to "pick your colour" ... no smiles ... no "how are you" ... nothing .... I may as well been a cow about to be milked. The "pedicure experience lasted about 15 minutes ... quick clip of the nails ... cuticle trim and a buff ... didn't even clean under the nails ... did give a fair 5 minute massage of feet and calves but would have preferred them to spend the extra time on my toes and properly file them ... could have done a better job myself. Once painted was led to the drying station and left ... left and left until I decided my nails were dry and removed the toe separate thingys and ...read more
After just having a baby, I received a voucher from my baby and his Dad for a pedicure. When the voucher was purchased, he was told to allow at least 30 minutes. 15 minutes after walking in, I was told to go around the corner. I assumed to the nail drying station, which I also assumed I was to turn on. It was then that I noticed the staff leaving. Other than "pick your colour" and "go around corner", nothing else was said to me. Not only did the customer service disappoint, I've just found out they have massage chairs... Would have been nice!! My feet are flaky were they scrubbed, my nails weren't trimmed and nobody told me what to do or when to leave so I just left after 15 minutes with wet (patchy) nails.
Absolute waste of time. Went in for a pedicure ($35) with a friend. Staff doing my nails did not speak THE ENTIRE TIME. Not even a 'how are you today'. They also didnt bother to remove my old nail polish properly, didn't use a base coat, smudged my nails, didn't even paint my whole nail (missed corners) and was just generally rude. Complete waste of time and money. Can't believe I walked out of there without complaining. Don't bother with this place.
Same thing happened to me!
My mum bought me the voucher for a pedicure and acrylic set because she knows I always go there I lost the voucher and found it a month after expiry.. They refused to let me get anything done! They were so rude. I have never met anyone so poor at customer service and running a business
They said that it was expired and there was no way they could redeem my voucher . It is still money and it is a personal decision so the fact wasn't that they couldn't it was that they didn't want to which I find so disrespectful after me paying them all the time to do my nails and them being so rude!
Anyway I have recently started attending professionail at Knox city. It is the only other store there, they are much more friendly.
Some people know nothing about customer service
It's disgusting
