We had a two for one main meal voucher. We ordered two mains for us (about $14 each) and a serve of fruit toast for our child, but they said that the main meal had to be the fruit toast ($5). Needless to say we didn't order the fruit toast. Good Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately it wasn't present on this occasion.

This cafe is really awful, I dont what their story is but it should truly be placed Offshore..
I do believe this was the gentleman who refused to wait 10 minutes for his meal and blew up because a neighboring table (who ordered a couple of sausage rolls) was served first (they are made in a different area) and he then continued to abuse the staff while they were refunding his money-much to the surprise of other customers who did comment on his rudeness- unfortunately you can't please everyone but I can assure you the food is excellent as is the coffee and customer service - ! You will have to come down and check us out for yourselves :).
