This is among the few franchise outlets i frequent because i am cursed with a love of waffles and they make theirs here extra sugary just the way i like it omg!!! Banana split all the way but on ocassion, strawberry and icecream!

The store looks amazing and has a wide variety of treats. However the store is a little pricey. Additionally, the hot chocolate I ordered was too sweet and hence barely drinkable. However, still a decent restaurant.

Definitely do not deserve any stars. Three times I have ordered take away to find my orders have been incorrect and thought to order take away tonight to find order was practically thrown into the bag where chocolate was spilt everywhere. When asked for another bag, worker passed another bag and walked away. Very unhappy with the service, felt as if I was given leftovers for my pets at home.

This place sells cut up WAFFLES as CHURROS!!! No kidding! My husband and I went to the Liverpool store and made the mistake of buying Churros for 2 VERY DISAPPOINTED.



The service was okay, staff were friendly, but the taste of the food and the cut-up- waffles (aka their version of churros) was below average.



Presentation was lovely - but who wants nicely presented food that tastes TERRIBLE??? Not me!



Never ever going back to an Oliver Brown store! Best to stick to the people who know what churros are!
