OPSM Noosa

This business is getting worse all the time, they have gone down hill since specsavers arrived. Normally I would have prefered opsm over specsavers who, to be honest I dont go much on either. I purchased an expensive pair of glasses from them (OPSM) and I wasnt happy with the quality, however I did not complain to them as I had several years use out of them. What really annoyed me was that my mother had an appointment with them and was less than 15 minutes late and they cancelled it when she got there. I remember the day we were over 10 minutes late. I drove her there and there was a terrible storm that day which delayed us. To top it off they once fixed a cheap pair of glasses of mine by putting a screw in the frame which had fallen out at no charge.
