Optus World

Absolutely disgusted at Optus Carindale and Optus Wynnum. We've been attempting to change my parents phone and internet from one Brisbane suburb, easy one would think.....But no, we started on the 25th of August and now been told it won't be connected until the 6th of October. We've rung six times (and disconnected each time and rung back), emailed....received text messages and visited both Optus shops yet I'm stunned that you cannot connect before the 6th of October. And then as a final insult, you upgrade to a higher service including a Foxtel package to my visually impaired mother and then shrug your shoulders that this is good enough. Y'should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves that this is how you support the products you sell to your long standing customers.

The service and phone knowledge at this store is excellent!! All the staff are friendly!!!
