Nothing other than perfection ladies! the florist was very professional and her advise and knowledge on flowers made my everything so easy! bouquets were everything I've always wanted, stunning! would recommend your team to anyone. ignore the negative comment below, some people have nothing better to do with there time. thank you for making my day perfect!
Great that you had a pleasant experience.. I did not. I am allowed to leave a review of MY experience and MY experience was just what I have written. We don't all have the same experiences with people/businesses now do we? Mine was terrible and I had almost gotten the whole thing out of my mind when I had an email advising there was a comment so thank you of reminding me again about what a disaster Virgin Flowers were to deal with! Awful staff, rude and completely disappointing!!!
Ok each to there own but no need for such a negative vibe, im a local and have heard nothing but great things and have had an excellent experience myself! Would hate for your negative comments to affect there amazing work! The staff are amazing and do helpfull. As I said each to there own I hope you find happiness in your life xx
Negative vibe is because of the extremely negative experience!! Terrible service has led to a terrible review, that's life and that was my experience.
Maybe its hit such a nerve with me being as it was my wedding day that turned sour because of my experience with this florist!!
I am very happy in my life thank you :) A bad experience with this terrible florist has not made me unhappy but I do feel the need to warn other 'particular' (like i said originally) brides.
A total disappointment with service and wedding bouquets. Do not use this company if you are a particular bride. The management is very short on the phone and will have you worrying up until your big day before disappointing on your big day. My order was wrong, even though I went through it with management 2 days before. The wrong colour flowers for centre pieces, 2 of the Button hole flowers for men were forgotten on the day when I called to enquire the management claimed I had not ordered that many, before suddenly finding them in a box on the table. That meant another trip to Baxter to collect (not needed on such a busy day) also claimed the centrepiece flowers were what I had requested. (I think any bride would have those details pretty correct since we generally spend so long planning and plan all decor around it!!!) ...read more
I completely disagree the florist was so professional and talented in her trade! pricing was perfect not to expensive and the overall experience was very pleasant would refer them on to anyone! Job well done ladies 5 stars! Don't worry about the negative comment some people have nothing better to for with their time. much love xxx
