We had a bond cleaning with Oz and the company was amazing from the girls that booked it in, confrmed and the cleaners. They cleaners cleaned every corner and let the apartment sparkley cleaned. Would definetely recomend.

We had new flooring and there was dust everywhere. The team were great and we were really happy with the clean. We would definitely use them again.

Great service! I hired them for an end of lease cleaning and the cleaners did an excellent job. A lot more professional and efficient than previous cleaners I have used, and reasonably priced as well. I got my bond back without a hassle. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Cleaners arrived 30 mins late, then waited a further 40 minutes to actually commence cleaning while their boss confirmed the quote on the phone and while we were charged an additional $22 on top of the original paid amount. They didn't clean so many things that were on the cleaning list - and at one point one of the male cleaners was incredibly rude and proceeded to slam the inbuilt wardrobe drawers shut after wiping them down whilst saying "this isn't my job". The cupboards and other areas were still dirty afterwards. Overall it was the worst experience and I was left in tears by the end of it, having to pay a different cleaning company to come in and finish/fix the job. DO NOT USE OZ CITY CLEANERS!!!

Very professional. The thing I would highlight was the communication. It took some time for them to find a cleaner in Darwin but they kept me informed throughout the whole process. The day of the cleaning they called to check that everything was going well and in order. Finally, they called me to check how satisfied I was with the service. These calls were not pushy, and were very respectful of my time.
The cleaning service was impeccably done. Highly recommend it.
