Im sorry but the service was slow and shocking! We were a group of 4 and only another 2 people were in there and they took just over 30mins to make 3 crepes 3 juices from the fridge but they forgot a coffee! One coffee! When asked about how long it may take, they just smiled and said coming up! Seriously, how can u 4get an order for coffee or anything else when youve only got a total of 6 people in there??.
Over 30 minute wait for crepes. Asked a staff member if they were coming soon, he said he'd find out and proceeded to go off and clear away a table. He then never came back. We had to go up to the counter to ask again.
Thankfully they came out about 5 minutes later with an apology. Tasty crepes but would have appreciated better customer service.
I asked for an iced coffee and got a glass with what looked like water and coffee together with maybe a little milk with a dob of ice cream sitting on the top and that was it and i waited for 15 minutes for that...i will never go back there again...service was shocking just like the iced coffee,there was 2 staff running the place i the management should get staff that have good customer skills and know how to make a proper iced coffee etc.
