Panarottis Pizza & Pasta

The staff were extremely rude, the service lacked big time. Highly disappointed in the food we received. Will not be going back.

Panarottis is absolutely terrible and we will never return. Everything about it was terrible. The table wasn't level. One cheese and pineapple pizza was basically flour with cheese on it and the other pizza was burnt and disgusting. For a pizza place the pizza really was unacceptable and there's nothing for kids to do while waiting the extremely long wait. They mixed up the reservation and put us with 15 ransoms and that's just when we arrived. Ordered drinks but they never arrived then we asked several times before they finally came. Its not too bad here. Been here a few times with family and friends on special occasions such as Birthdays. They offer a good all you can eat option for a set amount of people. It's alright value as it includes Pizza and Pasta.

The service can be a little slow here sometimes and hard to try and get the attention of staff when you need something. I can understand that their busy at times, but just a little checkin at the table every so often wont hurt and you may just make more money with people wanting to order drinks.

The food is good, not the best Pizza in the world, same goes for the pasta. The atmosphere can get really noisy in here at times and makes it very hard to have a conversation with anyone, so make sure you are headache free before arriving.

Had dinner at panarottis, in penrith panthers last night with my father and it was delicious!! We shared an al supremo pizza, the flavours were just amazing. I would definitely (and plan to) eat there again very soon. :)

We decided to give it a go here.The kids $10.95 deal costed more cos they didn't order soft drinks and the mushroom starter had minute amounts of spinach...The service was appalling considering less customers were there about at 10pm...I wouldn't go there again.My Kids 9 to rated it 5/10. No playroom for the kids like Platte...no Panthers food or bev vouchers for Oct could be used there
