My new Mazda CX5 G 25 Akera 2024 was serviced for the first time at Cannington Mazda last week. The young gentleman at the service desk, Kanishka Chandrasekara, was very polite and helpful. He even took time to show and explain all the new features of the car, as I was not sure about some of the security features. He is a very knowledgeable, dynamic person who knows a lot about cars. Kanishka, thank you for the excellent service.
Would have given zero stars if I could. Poor service after you sign the contract to purchase the vehicle, after that I almost had to beg to find out when the car is arriving and when I could take delivery. Had an issue with the car within the warranty period, and repeatedly got fobbed off when trying to settle the issue. Got insulted at all stages, sales, service and warranty. Their operations service manager Adrian Gibbons is a class act, be prepared to be insulted if you are trying to get something right done by you. The very reason why s18C should not be removed.
Went to Melville Mazda and had my problem sorted.
We were sold a dud here. The car started to have problems a week out from driving it out of the lot. Shuddering and making noises. Even though it was still under warranty, getting them to resolve the problem was like drawing blood from a stone. Months later, the problems are still ongoing. We've been outright lied to and treated like idiots. Avoid this place like the plague.... Unless you enjoy dealing with lawyers and consumer protection!
I was waiting for a new car sales consultant who was busy, and i wandered over to the used car section unknowingly. A guy came up and asked if i needed help. I told him i was waiting for mr. X (the new car sales consultant).
This guy actually told me to wait at the new car section, as i was at the used car section!!!!
rude and obnoxious. Stay away. Stay far far away.
