Paul Simpson Restumping

I contacted half a dozen contractors for a quote to replace and repair some stumps under my new property earlier in the year. Paul was the only one that got back to me within a reasonable timeframe and was personal throughout the quoting stage and provided excellent advice. His tradies executed the stump replacement in a professional manner and left the property clean and tidy when they were done. I highly recommend Paul Simpson and his team to anyone that wants a fuss-free stump job done at a reasonable price. 5 out of 5 stars from me!

I wouldn't recommend this person at all! I organised for a quote a week in advance on the day he told me he did quotes (Thurs 10am-1pm). Even mentioned this website. Took a half day off work to be here for him. Wasn't here by 1pm so I called to check. Reckons he didn't have it in his diary. Asked if he could make it later in the day, which he straight out said no but didn't suggest another day.
I asked if he has an alternative and he said no, he doesn't get paid for quotes and he would just leave it. I chose him on the basis of the reviews on a website, but he was rude and arrogant. Not sure how he gets business if he 'doesn't get paid for quotes'.
