I you are looking for reliable service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Booked taxi 2 days in advance to get to hospital for a procedure. When they failed to arrive I phoned, only to be told 'we don't have a car in the area'. When I asked when I might expect the cab to arrive, the operator said she had no idea. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Horrible service! We booked a taxi at 5pm to pick us up at 10:30pm. It got to 12:30 and we had tried calling 17 times, and when we finally got through the operator told us they cancelled our booking because the taxi service was 'too busy'. We had no warning. It was our best friends hens party, and she was with us. She showed up 3 1/2 hours late for her own party
Worst!!! Cab driver completely over stepped the boundries! When i politely called to complain, was told id receive a call back. Then to be threatend with i may not be able to use the service in future. If i didn't have to catch these cabs i no longer would!
