Having waited 2 weeks for a sales rep to give us a quote, I was thrilled when the day finally arrived only to have the sales rep cancelled the appointment with no explanation. I was offered another appointment to meet with them in the distant future (5 weeks) but if this company can't keep a simple quote appointment, how would they be trying to install an air conditioner. I arrange my whole day around meeting up with person andI'm very annoyed to say the least. I will definitely go with their competitors now.

I had Jeremy attend our house for our 1 year service, hes customer service skills were great, he was a pleasure to deal with. It was great to have a lovely person attend our house & make me still feel safe at home with my 2 children while my husband wasnt home. Will be recommending.
