Disgraceful. Dishonest. Misleading.

Call to book a taxi, given a wishy-washy answer about being there in 15-20 mins, and then hung up. Didn't even ask for a name, address, or contact number! So called back again and gave more details, again said 15-20 mins. Waited 30 mins before calling again. Excuse was "oh we're busy picking people up and dropping them off so it's hard to know what time we'll be with you...but we'll be there in ten". Called again an hour after making the first call - "ok we'll be 15-20 minutes!" Decided to call it quits after waiting another 15 mins. Never received any call from them to say they were outside or waiting for us, etc, so obviously never had any intention of ever coming. No wonder Uber is so popular.

Absolute no star rating, already cost a mint to get places and then get charged more for the same trip by another taxi driver, 20 dollars more to be exact. Taxi driver number 2206 always charges more than others beware

nelson bay taxis service is unbelievably over priced, a simple 10 min drive's cost will get you through 4 suburbs in Sydney, my advice walk , catch a lift , or get bus
