Lovely place for morning tea or lunch, always consistent and lots of yummy desserts on offer. Other than the lovely setting in a lovely town I'm not sure the food or service would get me there more often, there's nothing wrong, it's a lovely place, just doesn't have the wow factor with the goodies on offer.
A great place for all occasions! We got invited along to join friends for "Christmas in July"... maybe just so they got the free wine for getting their booking up to 6 ;) Regardless of why they invited us, I am so glad they did! I feel like we've been let in on a secret. While the front looks nice and all, it's only as you enter and walk through that you see the huge potential this place has. The outdoor area in the back would be great for a few afternoon drinks with friends, especially on a Friday when apparently they can have live music. But it is so cosy inside, I think my husband and I will return for our upcoming anniversary dinner. Then again, I can also see us taking the kids there for lunch (and such a great excuse to head out that way!).
After chatting to the staff, I felt so welcome. Nothing was too much effort.
Definately put this place on your list!
