My favourite Yoga practice for more than just the ohm + stretch/strength challenge! This group of individuals are just so mindful. Nicknamed PLAY, the studio rooms are designed perfectly to support this, as without a mirror or feeling of judgement in each class. For example teachers are instructed to welcome students, and then get students to say hello to those you are sitting next to. Such a small act makes a world of difference, an sets the standard for the Power Living Philosophy. Wish that there was a studio in the city, the trek to bondi junction is just a little too impractical for the average Eastern suburbian to get there.... please open one PLAY leaders!
