I went to buy a car from Premier Cars. The two that we test drove where dead set shocking. First one had a problem with the gear box and I informed them about it. The next car we test drove was a million times worse and shouldn't even be out on the road. Absolutely disgusted on how they think they can run a business of such dishonesty. The worst service I have EVER had while trying to buy a car. This business should be shut down. I would not recommend anyone at all to even look at the cars from this car yard
We bought a car from Premier Cars last year and in doing my research would not have probably picked that particular vehicle after seeing its reviews (manufacturer issue not car yard). However that was my fault not Premier Cars, we have had a few known issues with the car and Premier Cars have not hesitated in helping us. I have been impressed by their service and follow up and appreciate making what may have been a bad experience a good one. I would suggest to anyone before buying a car, do your research on known issues, Google is an amazing tool, and check the VIN plate and rego papers to ensure the year of manufacture is what is expected.
I bought a car from them.....It was a death trap!! Something was only done when the steering failed when I was doing 80km/h down the highway with my child in the car and threats were made where taking them to court was concerned if the car was not fixed! After that, the head gasket blew, all the welsh plugs blew, and the rust they covered up surfaced with a vengeance!! The engine is rusted and the electrics were bodged up to work. The spare tyre had been slashed, and the repairs they made on the body actually fell off!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! $9500 cost me over $15,000 a year later!! Ohhhh.....And when ever it rains.....the car floods thanks to a leaking sunroof that can not be fixed without sealing the whole thing up!!! Thanks so much Premier!!
