Preston Toyota

I left my Camry at Preston Toyota to fix the head light. Under warranty I paid nothing; however, they fixed the head light and damaged the fog light. I talked to their service manager & he want me to pay for it. Obviously, this is how they make money.

Never again will we go to either Preston Toyota or South Morang Toyota (be ware, these 2 are owned by the same people, Preston is acting as Head Office for South Morang).
We bought Toyota Prado Kakadu and got it serviced at Preston. The job was done so poorly that another Toyota dealer fixed it and took phots which clearly showed poor workmanship and they said they have never seen cost cutting gone so badly wrong.
I cannot go into details as this case it as Toyota Main Head Office right now.
Preston Toyota has been sent an invoice from the other dealer and guess what-they were objecting, but at the end had to pay it as the mistakes and dodgy parts were photographed and they could not deny it any longer. Not good enough guys, you lost our trust and business for good.

I took my car for a service. It was stalling momentarily. The service did a wrong diagnosis. They charged $1300 plus and after haggling reduced it to 899.99. What did they do? Clean the fuel tank and engine. Apparently unleaded 91 might have damaged the fuel tank.

I took the car and all the problem was still there. I took it back on Friday. They did nothing done until Wed the following week. They told me after struggling as Toyota experts and dealers; they finally diagnosed the issue as fuel pump and will cause me another $1099 for part and labour and so forth. The service from Mansour the salesman was exceptional . He was very helpful with information with the car we looked at . He went out of his way to see that we were happy. In fact all the staff were great .that is why we have been buying our cars from Toyota Preston for the last twenty years.years

Went to get my brand new vehicle fixed through insurance from "Gary Mcmillan Toyota : Body & Paint".

They fixed it good, but ended up with a bruised front nudge bar by one of the members. They said, they'll review the CCTV, but denied such an event took place.

I would think twice if I want to get something done from this place.
