I had a plumber from this company come out this afternoon to look at the unfortunate plumbing disaster in my home. And it ended with the plumber being absolutely patient and generous about it. He kept me informed on the problem every step of the way and how we can get to the bottom of it to making sure it doesn’t get this bad again. It was very much appreciated to have had his help with the job that he 100% completed to the best of his ability. Which also gave me a good comfort in knowing that I wasn’t getting ripped off like others would unfortunately. I knew the price was definitely worth it and I was left happy as well as satisfied with his service. I would more than anything recommend this company let alone over any other company in general. He was also a lot quicker than I expected which was very nice.

The plumber from priority one plumbing and electrical who attended our property was well mannered skilled tradesman. The plumbers made advance courtesy calls, provided detailed explanation after scaling rooftops and explained the charges. Fixed entirely broken skylight windows.Very thorough work done and great communication from start to completion. Also, cheap and is affordable service.

Fantastic work, very professional! Our kitchen sink needed replacement, so we called professionals! Before they even came to our house we had a good feeling about them because of the initial call we had with one of the office girls. The plumber arrived right on time, wow!!!! How often does that happen!!!! He asked us what we needed, made a few suggestions and gave a quote. A day later a have a brand new sink which looks perfect. They even cleaned the pipes underneath the sink. We will absolutely call them again when we need a plumber

We have used P1 Plumbing and electrical before. They were recommended to us by your neighbour who used them for some works on their roof. Since then, we have used them twice and have recommended to my daughter who have used them once. We all are happy with the company and plan on continuing to use them. They offer great customer service and the plumber are pleasant to deal with. They inform the costs involved upfront so you don’t have any surprises. The quote will have the complete details of the works to be undertaking, however the plumbers are always happy to answer any question that we may have. We feel they are a part of the family who are always ready to help. We would using them for any future needs without any doubts.

Great price. Have got a quote for replacing water heater 1000 dollar less than from my regular plumber. Great communication by calling prior arrival and updsting things. Did not take much time and followed all safety measures for completing job. They are also emergency plumber, I am glad they did a good job when help was needed the most. Also, emailed photos to me. Have no objection with this company, would recommend to all.
