Bought at least 5 pieces of silver pieces from them in october , and within a month of wearing, 2 zirconia stones fell out on one ring, and the other ring the main yellow stone just popped out, one of the earrings had a bad backing and keep slipping off.

So took all these in for repairs and was greeted by rude, staff especially the management who made the whole situation like it was the customer's fault for their products.

The zirconia ring was serviced and returned, and upon receipt 1 stone fell straight out!

Don't ever buy anything from them, esp this store. If u do, beware and don't throw your receipts!

It's very handy to have a jewellery store locally, and this is a very handy store. With great sales, excellent variety and friendly staff, you couldn't find a much better place for those very special gifts. from good quality low end jewellery to very expensive, they have a huge range of watches and great gift ideas. Lovely just to browse, you'll be sure to find something special.
