Psychology Now is run and managed by a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist who has substantial experience in the assessment and treatment of mental health difficulties and personal or family concerns.

Psychology Now has a special interest in assessing and treating eating disorders offering the latest evidence-based treatments such as the 'Maudsley Family Based Treatment' (FBT) for adolescents with eating disorders, 'Cognitive Behaviour Therapy-Enhanced' (CBT-E) for young adults and adults with eating disorders; body image issues; child and adolescent mental health; anxiety and depression in adults; and attachment and relationship problems in families as well as parenting challenges.

The Director also has qualifications in CBT, systemic family therapy, in schema therapy and was previously an educator in local schools.

Psychology Now is in the central hub of Belrose in the 'Belrose Medical Centre' in Glenrose Village, Belrose offering ease of 'free' parking. Belrose is in the Forest area of Sydney near the northern beaches. There is a regular bus service from the city (271 and 274), Chatswood (281 and 283) and Manly (136 to Forestway Shopping Centre, then a 271, 274, 281 or 283 to Glenrose Village).
