I have achieved many fitness goals at purple fitness and genuinely look forward to each session. I love that I can choose a mix of 1 on 1 sessions and group sessions and I love that my trainer tailors my workouts to suit my goals.

Jess is an awesome trainer, pushes hard but not to crazy levels, she adapts to individual ability in group classes and always mixes things up week to week so things don't become boring.

Purple Fitness has been a life saver for me, all of the extra weight that I had put on from snacking...all day, every day, had been hard for me to shift. Jessica was professional, patient with injuries and encouraging of goals we had set together. Regular weight and measurement check ins were essential to keeping my enthusiasm going. I would highly recommend Purple Fitness in a heartbeat.
