Quality Drycleaning & Laundry Services

My experience with Quality Drycleaning business showed me that they didn't care about quality or cleaning. They destroyed my expensive curtains and when I complained to the manager who was based in Karrinyup I received a barrage of abuse over the phone and told me that I signed a disclaimer. I then contacted the WA Consumer Protection Department who took my case with the same manager. He agreed to pay compensation but never paid and never returned their calls. Apparently the Department is powerless so they never took it any further.

I read another review recently from another WA women who had similar experience with the same company and was also abused by the same manager. It looks like this kind of service is normal for this business. They should seriously consider replacing their manager in Karrrinyup and start to provide a better customer service or at least not abuse their customers.

My daughter and I have both had garments ruined by this dry cleaner. Both times they tried to blame the manufacturer and told us to take the garment back to get it replaced. They had my 19 year old daughter sign a disclaimer (I had told her not to use this dry cleaner...) without explaining to her what the implication was or making sure that she read it. They proceeded to melt the orange beading of the Sass and Bide dress onto the white fabric refusing to admit that the beading melted due to excess heat. They told my daughter to pick up the dress and take it back to Sass and Bide who would replace the dress because "it happens all the time". I called Sass and Bide and asked if this was correct and it was, of course, not true. We have regularly had trousers dry cleaned by them without any problems. I would not use them for anything else.
