I would like to thank Peter for his speedy and efficient service. Having been without a fridge for 10 days was frustrating enough but to be told by other companies that it was out of the question to buy a fridge and have it delivered on the same day and to top it off they would give me one hour notice before it arrived. Is this called service? Explained to Peter my work circumstances and he went to great lengths to help me out. I bought an Electrolux fridge then Peter told me to go home and the fridge would follow. The delightful driver came over. Installed it and took the old fridge away. Now this is what I call SERVICE. All of this in under 2 hours. Yay ?????? Happy Happy!!!!!!
As noted in another review this company was chosen by a real estate property manager, not myself, so it was not by choice that they were called. Our tenant claimed the dishwaher was not working so the agent called Qld Appliances. There were apparently prompt in attending the property and proceeded to advise that the repair to the dishwasher was greater than the replacement cost. It apparently had multiple probelms including faults with the heater, the thermostat and the control panel (PBC). The extensive quotation detailed our options which all sat around the $1000 mark. At this time the tenant had given notice that they would be leaving so we did not proceed with the repair/replacement. I then moved back into the property. I have used the dishwasher daily and found that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Therefore I decided to question the issue with this company. I needed a new fridge and spoke to Peter at QLD Appliances. He was extremely helpful in selecting the right fridge for my needs. Ended up with a Double door stainless fridge and a bar fridge. The fridge was delivered the next day at the arranged time, carted up two flights of stairs and setup for me. Couldnt ask for better service. Thanks again QLD Appliances. I'll be back.
