This long standing, family orientated firm was founded by Richard John O'Halloran following his admission to practice law in the Supreme Court of NSW on the 21st November 1903.
Both Richards sons, Harry Paul O'Halloran & John Daniel O'Halloran followed in their fathers footsteps. Sadly, John was killed in action in Germany in 1942 during WWII.
Harry continued to practice law in Tamworth for 50 years, until his death in 2010.
The firm continues to flourish with both Harrys sons, Patrick and Andrew O'Halloran following the family tradition, as 3rd generation principals of the firm.
In 2008, R J O'Halloran acquired the firm of Bamford Marcellos O'Connor, following the retirement of the partners, John Bamford & Michael O'Connor, from private practice.
