Rainbow Taxis

Rang up to make booking to get to work after car broke down, gave address and time and was told no problems and see me at the booked time. Ended up late for work as taxi just never showed up. Was told "it wasn't on his sheet" and tough luck. Rang Uber and was picked up within 5min of calling. And the taxi drivers whine that they're losing business to Uber. Well, duh. Of course you lose business when you don't even show up. Rang rainbow first to support my local taxi drivers but it turns out those same drivers couldn't give a flying toss about providing a service.

Very happy with the services from rainbow taxi and great to chat with Aussie drivers

Women who answered the phone was very rude. I asked if they were able to pick me up from garden island, and before I'd even finished speaking I got told "not for an hour and a half" and then hung up on.

Best taxi ride in ages. We actually had a conversation, and he arrived dot on the time I ordered. And it was grand final night.
