Rainforest Inn Paluma
The Inn has six modern, three and a half star, motel style units and a cafe restaurant which is open daily except Tuesdays, from 10am to 7.30pm. Room service breakfast is available seven days. The Rainforest Inn, is located in the small village of Paluma which is located at the top of the Paluma Range National Park at an elevation of just under 1000 metres. The village is surrounded by upland rainforest and has several rainforest walking tracks, famous for its birds such as Victoria's Riflebird, Bowerbirds and Maclearys Honeywater.

had a late lunch here at the cafe here, so most of menu not available anymore as we arrived about 3pm so the manager made us some avacado, tomato and cheese basic sandwiches which were nice enough but not cheap ($9 a sandwich on basic bread). lovely bush setting in beautiful little forest town with lots of outdoor and indoor seating
