Had a brand new clutch installed incorrectly by Shaun. Upon picking up my car with the new clutch fitted the clutch pedal would stick to the floor and not release. Shaun told me it was the master clutch cylinder (which is still 100% as of today). Subaru Mentone fixed this issue in 2 minutes and advised the master clutch cylinder is fine.

We value you as a customer and would like to work towards a resolution for your clutch fitted back in January 2017. Please be assured the works were carried out with care and experience at the time of completion. As you have since done 30,000 km's and had another part fail that was not replaced by Rapid Tune your review seems quite unfair. As advised, the now failed part the 'clutch fork' is what caused your new issues close to 2 years down the track and not the installation. You have asked for a warranty on the clutch, in which we have attempted to help out with by contacting our suppliers who have requested the parts to complete a investigation for warranty. In which this was refused by yourself. You did however provide photos of the broken parts, including the "clutch fork"

After a extremely disappointing experience at Suzuki & having our car for over a week without being told what was wrong with it, it was very frustrating. We finally decided to have it taken somewhere else and within hours of receiving the car Shaun & his team had found our issue, given us a quote! Car runs beautifully & has not missed a beat since!
