Not a bad range here, similar to what you would find close by at their competitors. Prices are also competitive. Do NOT however expect any kind of customer service whatsoever, not even a simple hello. If you can find staff don't expect any pearls of wisdom. The last time I asked for a price on an item, I got 'I dunno. Take it to the front and they can tell you'.
Before the company changed ownership, their customer service wasn't too bad. Now it's a disappointment. Pick up your game Ray's Outdoors. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I have to update this review after visiting Ray's last time. What a dramatic improvement in every area of the business. Much better product range, great store layout, and I even got a 'hello' from a few staff members. Great job. Keep it up. Changes definitely not going unnoticed.
