As far as fast food franchises go I found nothing to complain about. The staff were very patient and friendly. Even when it came to closing time the staff was happy to let us finish our meal before locking up

Can be hit and miss. I find service at drive though to be much better then actually entering the premises.

Service is terrible, staff too busy talking about what they are going to do or did over the weekend then focus on customer service. I was waiting to be served whilst the staff were talking to each other.

Absolutely pathetic, myself and my 2 workmates went in and we ordered chicken roll combos, only 1 person in front waiting, after we ordered up to 7 more people came in, 4 of these people got their orders before us, the staff member was absolutely lost, didn’t no what to do, gave out wrong orders ,etc, 15 minutes later, 1 combo turned up, note all three ordered together, 7 minutes later we asked where is the rest of the order told coming now, and hands us a bag with 2 chicken & chips in it, so we asked for our money back, people do not go there unless you have nothing else in life to do. Our company of 125 employees has black banned that store.
