I would strongly recommend Redback to anyone. As I am new to Penrith i needed a good and honest mechanic to deal with as i do a lot of travel. Steve and his crew are more then helpful. As i have a new car i was paying over $500 for a basic logbook service at the dealership ,i was impressed that Steve quoted me $245 (not even half the price) for the same thing and still covered my warranty. Not only are they cheap and do great work they are friendly,honest people and they treat you like a real person and dint look down at me like some mechanics did when i didn't understand some of the things.In short if you want a great, friendly,honest local mechanic that you can trust to get the work done right and not fell like your getting ripped off I highly recommend them to anyone and I will have no hesitation to use them in the future.

I would definitely not recommend Redback to any customer!! The parts to fix my car which were all simple things to do cost $300 and they were charging $1000 to do. One thing included unscrewing a bolt and removing a plate only to screw down my lose battery which they were going to charge $35 to do a 1 minute job!!! Don't waste your time people find a mechanic who looks after there customers!!!

Great set of mechanics. I had a few dramas with a late model European car, Mark and the team helped me get back on the road and out of trouble. Highly recommend for general servicing, as well as the bigger jobs. Friendly and easy to approach, always had a cheerful answer and pointed me in the right direction when I needed advice.

As a woman it is very hard to find a mechanic who will take the time to explain things to me in a way that i understand and make me feel comfortable. I have been taking my car to Redback Automotives for the past 2 years and cannot recommend them to enough people.

If you want a mechanic you can trust and rely on Redback is the place to go.
