where to start. Firtsly i went into get a quote and was told 4 week turnaround on gettting the windows from order date. Then when i ordered the windows was told 6 weeks because there busy. Thats fine. After 5 weeks i rang and tried to organise a date so i could get time off work to install the windows and it took me 2 weeks to get any sort of answer which was, The wrong alliminium was delivered so i t will still be another few weeks. After a couple of more weeks and several phone calls with no return calls coming i was told the wrong glass was delivered for my windows so another week wait. I was finally rang on a friday and told they would deliver the windows on the following monday. Not enough time to get leave from work so had to take leave without pay. So finally after 9 weeks got my windows delivered this morning only to find they put the wrong reveals on. When i rang to let them know the staff told me to cut down the reveals. Very professional.
