Reno's Hair Care

Went to Reno's as a first time customer for a wavy blowdry. The hairdresser washing my hair was extremely rough washing my hair, kept scrunching it up which made it very knotty, and dried it like I was a long-haired dog. The stylist blowdrying my hair was the roughest I have EVER come accross. It honestly felt like she enjoyed being rough with my hair while she was drying it, at times almost pulling me off my seat while she brushed it. Looking back I wish I had said something at the time for her to be less rough, my scalp is still sore 2 days later and am almost certain I have lost a significant amount of hair from that blowdry. 3 hours later I had to style my own hair at home as the waves had already disappeared. Will never return and will advise for others to never try.
