My misunderstood tortoiseshell cat had a great experience with one of the vets here last year. Harriet's been a long-time vet-refuser (and vet-biter, if she isn't bundled up in towels with someone lying on top of her). We've traditionally whisked her into the clinic once a year for her vaccinations and hoped that she never needs to be treated for anything serious. Last year when she had an abscess in her ear, we gritted our teeth and brought her in, hoping beyond hope that she would let someone help her. The vet did a fantastic job of making Harriet feel safe while she dealt with the ear. I am recommending her to everyone I know who has a cat like ours.

When I moved from the country to Preston I had to find a new vet service to assist me with breeding poodles. It was just coincidence that at the time the vet had the same surname as myself and since my first visit to current, myself & my daughter have been customers of this vet service. Recently, my 7 month old poodle puppy has been spayed and I found the vet who performed the operation was extremely experienced and communicated throughout the whole process. The staff over the years have been very helpful and I find that the fees are reasonable. I can certainly recommend this vet service to anyone who wishes a professional, experienced and friendly service.

Love the vets here! We first met them when they were recommended during a mysterious illness in my old pup, and they were considerate, informative, thoughtful and reasonably priced throughout her last days. Now we have 2 new pups, and they are doing a fantastic job of looking after them, and are the most knowledgeable vets I have come across. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been taking our cats to Reservoir vet for about 13 years now. I just want to say that we have always been extremely happy with the professionism, care, and treatment given to our fur babies. I would recommend your vet practise to anyone, and the day we leave the area I will be very sad to not be able to come in. We have always recieved a warm welcome, and everything has always been explained really well. From my experience,this is a vet practise who do the right thing by both the animal and for the owner. I have never felt pushed into an expensive procedure, i've always known my options and had explained to what extent something would help our cat(s), and felt well enough informed to make the choices myself.I highly recommend this vet clinic, Thankyou team at reservoir vet!
