Went here last night for a quick cut.

As a dude, it's hard to find a hairdresser who can give you what you want because guys generally want some pretty simple stuff and paying anything more than $30 doesn't feel like it's worth the money...

This salon management gave me a "consultation" by yelling at me from across the room after i patiently waited 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me (the customer) and my booked appointment time. I would of received better customer service skills from my toothing baby niece. As a business women myself this was a very unprofessional place except for the lovely hair extension consultant. The colourist also i believe the management who should of known better would not give me 5 consecutive minutes of their time to discuss the colour i was going to go even though i was given an appointment time etc and lost their cool at me. VERY unprofessional. -10 rating.

It was not worth the money. I came to get blonde highlights (half head of foils) to touch up on my re-growth. Now, usually the apply the colour, you wait 30-40 min, then they take out ALL the foils at once and wash your hair. Not here.. After maybe 20 min they took out a third of the foils and rinsed it out.. Leaving a third of my hair wet and cold and water dripping down.. After another 5-10 minutes they took out another third of the foils and rinsed it. Back into the chair for another 10 min before taking out the last of the foils and giving my hair a proper wash. I thought maybe the girl was an apprentice so I didn't complain. A person, the management I believe, cut my hair once the staff had finished washing it. My hair looked great as a left the salon, so I didn't complain when I ended up paying over $300 for a half-head of foils with a cut.. It was ok, a no frills colour job. The staff were friendly enough, but the salon itself was pretty average with no nice extra touches
