Extremely rude and arrogant I was going through a seperation and had previously advised any documents for the property were to be sent directly to me and not to come through my ex as any contact with him was very distressing to me they repeatedly ignored this request and were very unhelpful arrogant and rude on the phone I wont be recommending them to anyone in the future

Very very disappointing service from a "professional service" provider. Communication was terrible, every point of our home purchase was delayed, staff made you feel stupid for asking completely reasonable questions. My breaking point was on settlement day when I was told I needed another $3000 than I was expecting, yet they couldn't even tell me what for! All it was was rates, water and their fee yet they couldn't even tell me this. AVOID! AVOID!
