Robina Fruit Market

I go to Robina Markets when I can and stock up. I find their fruit and veg have more flavor. Their packets of nuts and seeds are fresher and last longer, as does their fruit and veg. More variety than supermarkets and friendly service. Reasonably priced and it's nice to support a smaller company, rather than our big supermarkets that dominate the market and continue to reduce our choices on what we can eat.

I initially started coming here because they have things that the supermarkets don't - like watercress. Then I noticed that their stuff looked fresher than that in the supermarkets, so I tried a full veg shop with them. It works! For example, green beans from the supermarket last only a couple of days before developing brown patches. The green beans from here are not only bigger and more flavoursome, they cook better and after two days are as good as new. Prices are probably slightly lower than the supermarkets, although it's hard to compare because the supermarkets manipulate their prices so much. I'll be doing all my fruit and veg shopping from here in the future.

Fresh fruit and vegetables available at competitive prices earmark this store. Pleasant helpful staff. Located on the outside of Robina shopping centre, it has the benefits of easy parking and easy access.
