Worst service ever!
I own a two-year old Hyundai i30. My car broke down while I was at Gold Coast Airport. I bought the car from Springwood Hyundai and get it serviced there, however, as I was breaking down at the airport I limped the car to Robina Hyundai. The car had several issues. They looked at the car and said that it can be fixed under warranty but would take two days to fix. I called two days later (having not heard from them) and asked about the progress. They said I also had contaminated fuel. I argued with them as the car worked for 48hrs before hand. Eventually I paid $290 to fix as it wasn't covered under warranty. Within 20minutes of picking up the car, the same problems that I originally had, happened again! No stars for them. Rude, rude and rude. I was told that I was still going to be charged $3500 to fix a problem, when I delt with Hyundai Australia who agreed to fix this for free. Robina claimed to not know a thing even tho paperwork was sent to them with alL the details from Huyandi Australia. Denied to fix my car and told me to go elsewhere as again I state Hyundai Australia said to fix it for free. They dont care bout anything but money, they are not professional.
