The best thing about Rochele is that they were easy to talk to and deal with. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. The quality of the work was terrible. There were so many things that needed fixing I didn't have enough sticky dots. Parts not painted at all, many parts of the house needing an extra coat, poor prep work including one spot that resulted in further timber rot. 3 months after they began the painters have been back to fix things twice. Both times with lengthy delays. I am still waiting on them to fix the damage done to the outside blinds and a pailing on the stairs. I hate to leave negative reviews but polite emails seem to have gotten me nowhere.
I wouldn’t use these painters again after they were supposed to sand and treat the rust on the ceiling of our building. They never used any sand paper and I don’t think they even know what it looks like. The rust came back in two days so after many phone calls they came back and touched it up , then after two weeks the rust came back again. I phoned numerous times before someone came out , then had to keep ringing to get an answer that they don’t cover rust. Why would they quote and take a job on when they were quoting on fixing the rust and painting over it.
Hi Shane, thank you for your feedback. It is always disappointing to receive feedback like this. Unfortunately rust is not under warranty and is stated on our terms and conditions. This was also put clearly on your quote as the last thing we wish to do is mislead our customers. Your job was completed as per specifications and rust treatment. Unfortunately the Rust returned a few days later, we then returned in good faith using a more top quality rust treatment and also put the mobile scaffold back up at our own expense. Unfortunately the rust returned once again. This is why rust is something we just cannot warranty as there is always a chance for it to return. It’s disappointing you feel this way about our company and maybe even more communication was required to ensure your expectations were understood, so for this we apologize.
I would not hesitate to recommend Rochele Painting to anyone. They are professional, curteous, competitive and reliable.
