I've been a customer for years I was recommended to go there and have never looked back. Even if I just want the oil & tyre pressure checked, I just pop in. They are a great bunch of people. I wouldn't believe any negative comments on this site, Alf has the best reputation in the are.,
Extremely unprofessional work. I took my car in (Subaru WRX STI) for a clutch replacement and engine rocker cover oil leak gasket replacement. $2400.00 later I inspected the car and the oil leaks were worse, they had busted my CV joint boot rubber and gear box vibrated like crazy and leaks oil. Sent the car back for repairs. I picked it up 4 days later and same issues. Claimed they fixed it but I have major oil leaks from the rocker covers and found loose bolts on my gearbox to engine connection and major oil leak from the gearbox. What a shame. I would NOT recommend anyone to take their vehicle to this business. - rastasingh.

We pride ourselves on providing extremely high calibre of customer service and satisfaction and work closely with our customers to ensure that this happens. Whether an error was made on our part or some miscommunication, I'm not sure, the company has recently changed hands and without knowing the full history behind the work performed on your vehicle, it is difficult to comment. They aren't great at all, have had my car twice in the last 3 weeks and both times told me it was fixed... only for it to break again less than 24 hours after completion! they keep your car there for 3-4 days until they can work on it and then within the last hour, cram some work on it and palm it back to you.
I suggest you take your cars to people who know what their doing, not some shed full of clearly un qualified people.
