This is where our poor 99 year old grandmother passed away, as she didn't give 30 days notice of her death, she forfeited a ridiculous $3031 security deposit. How on earth can you determine what day you will die??? On top of this, they refute that she had a wheelie walker which she payed $185 for 2 days before she went in, it vanished from her room. Will never send anyone else in the family to this unforgiving place. Legally, there was no binding agreement or acknowledgment that if you die you don't get your bond back, we didn't sign any paperwork so beware!! See you at VCAT Rosewood.
It's terrible finding reviews of Rosewood Gardens like this one. 8 years ago when this review was done, our facility had different owners. We are now under new management and have received only positive responses from residents and their families. We aim to ensure all residents feel they have a home away from home and that their families are treated with the utmost respect, kindness and warmth.
