I am shook by Rosie and her staff’s behaviour! Like seriously, the least they can do is pretend to be nice at least. I had to reschedule an appointment because of unavoidable circumstances and i called 24 hours before my appointment because i had a tough situation and could not avoid it for doing my eyebrows. Anyway, the assistant told me that it was okay and rescheduled my appointment to another day. After going in for the next appointment, Rosie let’s another customer who came after me in. She literally told me “to find someone else to do eyebrows “ only cause i had to reschedule one appointment. When i informed her that i came in first, she behaves so rudely, and tells me that I rescheduled my appointment so she needs to fit me in when she can. Why ask me to come in the first place at that time when she needs to fit me in? Moreover, you at least need to wait 45 min- 1 hour for an eyebrow appointment. Does amazing eyebrows - mine have changed dramatically since seeing Rosie but have realised this week why I stopped going to her years ago. Service is rude, not all customers have the luxury of not working and it's inconvenient to sit and wait for 45mins + for an eyebrow appointment. Never once had an apology and not once has my appointment run to time. Don't dare be late for your appointment though as you will get a lecture! Pushes products, is rude to her staff I would not want my young daughter working in that environment. I'm usually a strong person, not sure why I can't say what I want to say to her - I think she thrives on intimidating and belitting customers. Need to find somewhere else.

I have been having my eyebrows professionally waxed for years and they were still patchy and uneven. After my first visit to rosie they already looked better than they ever have!!rosie is definitely an artist with eyebrows!

Rosie totally transformed my eyebrows after years over waxing and tweezering they were patchy and virtually non existent. After only 4 or 5 sessions they are full and fabulous!!! I would highly recommend Rosie, she is quick and professional. The eyebrow queen!!

Beautiful salon with an amazing atmosphere. All the staff are so helpfull. Rosie has worked wonders with my eyebrows they have never looked so good.
