Can not highly recommend these guys enough, when we had our Ducted heating unit changed over. Starts with Laurie in the office a very professional and straight forward. Then Ross who came out to our house and was the only one (had 3 quotes) to look under the house and inside to the return air. Install date was as discussed, with 2 nice young guys who did the works and cleaned up.
They were not the lowest quote, just more easy to get on with.
I can't thank the team enough here for helping us out when our evaporative air conditioner crapped itself in the middle of a hot summer. They were prompt and professional and delivered everything as promised. Would highly recommend to go and see these guys before anyone else the time they have been in business says enough to say that they do good business to be doing business this long
We were afraid to commit to another central airconditioning unit as our last purchase from other company was a diasater. It was a large outlay but worth everyt cent we paid. Unit works better than we expected and was very happy with the job the boys did. Highly recommend them to anyone looking at any heating or cooling needs
Russells was the only company of three that got back to me with a quote...so I went with them. Fantastic! Braemar WF25 wall furnace was installed within 2 weeks of purchase. The came when they said they would . Were efficient and friendly. And the signature on the compliance certificate was the same person that did the install. Excellent! I did have some plastering to do afterwards, but that was because the old furnace rear vent was a different size and position. They offered a plate to cover it, but I prefered the plaster.
Would def. use these guys again.
Contacted this company upon another recommendation and was not disappointed. Professional from the first phone call at 3pm one afternoon and was at my doorstep first thing the following morning to do a quote. Quote received by email mid morning the same day followed up by a phone call. Actual installation of heating system was done efficiently too. If only all tradespeople could be so timely and efficient.
